When: Friday October 1, 2010

Set up: 5:30 AM - 8:00 AM (ALL vehicles must be off the street before 8:00 AM)

Show time: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tear down: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (the streets re-open at 6PM to traffic)

2010 Fees for each 12x12 space are:

           Non-Clarion resident:          $125

           Clarion County resident:      $  85

           Clarion County Non-profit:  $  25 for first space, $85 for any additional spaces

In addition, a flat $30 fee will be assessed for each crafter for the Clarion Borough  Public Solicitation “Special Event” License application.

Make sure that you complete all form entries including  those pertaining to the Public Solicitation “Special Event” License application.  Spaces will be assigned on a FIRST COME – FIRST SERVED basis.  All payments will be deposited immediately. Checks will not be held and a NSF check will cause your application to be re-evaluated. 

We are keeping with the origins of this crafter show.  No mass produced items will be accepted.  Hand-created items only.  This show is meant to exhibit original items.  Please assist us in this effort.

The items you are selling will be inspected the morning of the show.  If you have any items that the committee deems inappropriate, you will be asked to put them away.  Failure to do so will result in your immediate removal from the show. 

You will be given the opportunity to pay on-line via credit card.  If you decide to pay by check mail a printout of your application confirmation along with a check for your total fee written to ALF 2010 to:

NOTE:  Make sure you have your PA sales tax license number when registering, if required for the products you are selling.  (For more information or assistance with tax license, call 1-800-447-3020, 717-787-1064 or visit www.pa100.state.pa.us .)  Please note, the name on the sales tax license should be the same as the person / business applying for The Commodore Corp. Farmers & Crafters Day.

NOTE to those that have applied in the past:  Starting in 2010 you do NOT need to send in pictures of your crafts, a self addressed stamped envelope or a hard copy of your PA Sales Tax license.
