If you have not registered your child yet please first click "Junior Olympics" along the left hand side of the screen under EventForms. Then click "Register Now", agree to the Release Form, and submit your child's information. - Thank you.

Then follow these steps:

1. Please send a check in the amount of $2.00 per entrant made payable to "ALF 2010"

    Please include "Junior Olympics" in the memo line.

2. ENCLOSE A SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE:

The envelope is used to send needed activity information to all confirmed participants. If a self-addressed stamped envelope IS NOT included in your registration material, your child will not be listed as a participant. If you have more than one child registering, one envelope will suffice.
